How much does Airbnb cleaning cost in Sydney?
Our rates are fixed per property size, not per hour: $145 for a studio or one-bedroom, $190 for two bedrooms, $255 for three bedrooms and $340 for a four or five-bedroom house, plus GST. Linen hire and a restock pack are priced separately so you only pay for what your listing needs. Same-day turnovers with under four hours notice carry a 25 percent surcharge.
What is included in a turnover clean?
Everything a guest touches, on a 60-point room-by-room checklist: beds stripped and remade, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and dried, floors vacuumed and mopped, bins emptied, surfaces and mirrors done, dishwasher run and unloaded, fridge checked, towels and amenities staged, and a lockbox reset. You get a 12-photo report when it is done.
Do you supply linen?
Yes. Hotel-grade white sheets and towels are swapped at every turnover for $20 per bed plus $12 per bathroom set. We take the used linen away, so you never run a wash between guests. You can also keep using your own linen and we will change it.
Can you do a same-day turnover?
Usually, yes. A same-day clean with under four hours notice is available at a 25 percent surcharge, subject to the roster on the day. Public holidays carry a 50 percent surcharge. Bookings synced from your calendar the night before are at the standard rate.
How do you know when a guest has checked out?
We sync your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo calendar. Every check-out becomes a job in our schedule automatically, with a primary cleaner and a named backup, so you do not need to message us for each booking.
What happens if a clean is not right?
If a turnover is missed, or a guest checks in and the property is not guest-ready, the clean is re-done free and credited. The 12-photo report at the end of every job is how we both know it was done properly.
Do you restock consumables?
Yes. A restock pack is $18 per turnover and covers toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, bin liners and coffee or tea. We track what your listing uses and adjust the pack.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We started in the Sutherland Shire (Cronulla, Woolooware, Caringbah, Miranda, Bundeena) and the Eastern Suburbs beaches (Bondi, Coogee, Bronte, Randwick), and take properties across Sydney where we can build a route. Ask about your suburb in the quote form.
Do you work with property managers and co-hosts?
Yes. Portfolios of eight or more properties get a volume rate, one monthly invoice, and a service-level agreement. Send us the list and we will price it.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most hosts give us a lockbox or smart-lock code. We reset the lockbox and photograph the property before we leave.
